We, the dealers, agree to treat our Internet customers in an ethical and professional manner and that they will be treated with the utmost respect that every customer deserves.

We, the dealers, agree that all parts and materials are new with the manufacturers full warranty unless otherwise noted and that used parts will only be used when necessary (such as obsolete parts or budget constraints) and with the customer's consent.

We, the dealers, agree that the replacement or recommendation to replace any parts or materials will only be for actual defective and/or worn parts or in the customer's best interest and/or safety unless the customer has requested the parts and/or materials be replaced.

We, the dealers, agree to not to disclose or discuss our pricing structure for products or services to the network and that the network has not had and will not have, now or in the future, any influence on any dealer pricing in any manner.

We, the dealers, will respect our customers privacy and agree to the network's "No Spam" policy and will not send unsolicited information without the customer's prior consent to receiving periodic
e-mail.

We, the dealers, agree to resolve our Internet customer's issues in a timely and professional manner and agree that it is the individual dealer's, and not the network's, sole responsibility to resolve any such issues.
